Under the sponsorship of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Eastern Province Prince,Asharqia Chamber in cooperation with Saudi Aramco are hosting the forum "National human resources in technology transfer), today, April 19, 2010 in the Chamber headquarter in Dammam.
Asharqia Chairman, Mr.Abdulrahman AlRashid explained that the issue of "National human resources in technology transfer" is one of the most important issues of concern, noting that the Forum is a reflection of the vision focused on assessing the relationship between the national competence and technology transfer.
AlRashid referred to the importance of this forum and it sessions which is seen in the evaluation of the relationship between the national competence and the technology.
A part of the chamber preparations
For his part, Head of the Chamber strategic sectors, Mr.Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Zamil said that the Forum will be capable to draw attention to the strategic issue in which the country sought to have within the Ninth Development Plan by focusing on the development of human capital, noting that this forum be is an important step which we hope to get positive results at this level
Al Zamil explain the forum main topics, which will add much to the successes of the Chamber initiatives on issues of human resources and technology transfer, which will submit to our national economy a new service.
Chamber General Secretary,Mr.Adnan AlNuaim noted that the forum contains seven working papers which are distributed in four sessions, The General Governor of Technical Training Institution, Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Gufais speaks through the first session about (The role of national human resources in technology transfer).
The first session headed by Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Gufais speaks about (human resources and technology transfer .. current stage evaluation) , while the second session, titled (the importance of the relationship between the national human resources and technology transfer) headed by the Transformers Co. Chairman,Mr.Ahmed Bin Nasser Al-Suwaidan, speaks in which each of the Assistant Supervisor of Bawady AlRiyadh,Mr. Misfer al-Zahrani from ( assess the situation of Saudi human resources in the private sector).
The third session is headed the Chair and vice-chancellor King Fahd Petroleum and Minerals for the development of technical and industrial relations, Dr. Faleh bin Abdullah Al-Sulaiman, in which Dr. Omar Sulaiman AlHumaidi, Chairman of Technical and Professional Training Council in the Eastern region is speaking about (The contribution of the education system and training centers in the development of national human resources), Al-Zamil participation within the third session, titled (Human Resource Development and Facilitating the technology transfer).
The fourth session, which is titled (the national human resources and technology transfer in the industrial sector) where the Industrial Training Dept. of Saudi Aramco, represented by:, Mr.Fahd Al-Mulhim, and the Credit Manager of Saudi Industrial Saudi Industrial Development Fund ,Mr.Kamal AL-Mutlaq speaks of:( the role of Saudi Industrial Development Fund in the supporting human recourses in the industrial sector), the session is headed by Mr.Nasser Al-Mudarra ,Business Development Consultant in Saudi Aramco.
